Who we are
Bandit Boxing provides boxing coaching with Coach Tommy in Lowell and Fall River, Massachusetts. Contact us about your information at hello@banditboxing.com.
Training inquiries
When you submit our training inquiry form, your name, email, request type, city, and any optional details you provide, such as phone number, preferred times, or goals, are stored privately on this website and emailed to Coach Tommy. We use this information to respond to your request and arrange training. Please avoid submitting sensitive medical information. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve a spot.
Private session requests
Our Bookly scheduler stores the information you enter, including contact information and requested session details, on this website so Coach Tommy can review and arrange your session. Booking emails help us communicate about your request. Please wait for confirmation before attending.
Merchandise and PayPal
PayPal processes merchandise payments. We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank details. We use the order and contact information made available to us, including your shipping address, to fulfill orders and respond to questions. Information you provide to PayPal is also subject to PayPal’s privacy policy.
Website operation and cookies
WordPress and our booking tools use cookies and similar browser storage for functions such as login, preferences, and booking sessions. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some features. Our website and email hosting providers process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Comments
If you leave a comment, WordPress stores the information entered in the comment form, along with technical information such as your IP address and browser details for moderation and spam prevention. Approved comments and the name you choose can be public. An email-derived hash may be used by Gravatar to display a profile image.
Service providers
Information is processed through services used to operate Bandit Boxing, including Hostinger for website and email hosting, our WordPress booking and email tools, and PayPal for payments. Visiting an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.
Stored records and your choices
Inquiry records, booking records, order information, and related email may remain in our systems as business records until removed. Inquiry storage does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing hello@banditboxing.com. We may need to retain certain records for legal, accounting, security, or unresolved service matters.
